Job Description

Job Summary

The  Personal Shopper is responsible for providing a premium, personalized shopping experience to high-value clients while overseeing the operations of the personal shopping department. This role goes beyond typical customer service by offering expert advice, managing end-to-end shopping experiences, and building long-term relationships with clients.




Job Responsibilities 1

Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their individual preferences, styles, and needs.
Provide personalized product recommendations, style advice, and guidance on purchases.


Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, offering a seamless and exclusive shopping experience


Oversee the entire shopping process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate inventory, shipping, and returns, ensuring smooth execution of all client orders.


Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brands, and trends to offer clients the best advice on current and future purchases.
Stay informed about product availability, including new releases, limited editions, and discontinued items, offering suitable alternatives as needed.


Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.


Provide solutions for unavailable products by suggesting substitutes or back-order options.




Job Responsibilities 2

Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights into performance, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
Report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and overall sales growth.


Utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, to track sales data, inventory, and client orders, ensuring real-time reporting accuracy.


Identify opportunities to improve the personal shopping process, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Implement best practices in customer service, order fulfillment, and team collaboration to streamline operations and increase customer loyalty.


Maintain in-depth knowledge of store inventory, brands, and product lines to offer a wide variety of options to clients.


Assist in organizing shopping events, private client showings, and promotions.


Notify clients of exclusive sales, limited-edition items, or special offers to drive engagement.


Stay informed about current fashion trends, new product launches, and popular brands. Research competitors and market trends to ensure the personal shopping service remains competitive and attractive to clients

Comprehensive understanding of product categories, brands, and trends.


Staying updated with industry trends, new product launches, and market innovations.


Knowledge of professional communication and customer service etiquette.


Ability to assess and remember customer preferences.


ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.




Job Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
