Job Title: Company Secretary

About Us:聽We are a leading laundry chain with multiple branches across Doha, committed to providing exceptional laundry services. As we continue to expand, we seek a skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:聽As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company鈥檚 governance and compliance processes. You will be responsible for maintaining corporate records, facilitating board meetings, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Governance:
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including company registration documents, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence.
  • Facilitate the organization and documentation of board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including company law and corporate governance standards.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and regulatory bodies to handle legal documents, submissions, and compliance issues.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications related to corporate governance.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare and file necessary reports and documents with regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company activities and changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience:聽Minimum of 3 years experience in a Company Secretary role or a similar position with a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and administration.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with corporate governance software.
  • Qualifications:聽Relevant qualifications in business administration, law, or related fields.
