People & Organization Development Support Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and support the development of our employees and organizational growth initiatives.
Experience
- In this role, you will drive learning and development programs, assess training needs, and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).
- You will collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy, ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.
- As a key advisor, you will administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Additionally, you will analyze organizational structures, culture, and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a high-performing work environment.
