KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions. People & Communications Specialist based in Dubai, UAE, will support in delivering the people and communications agenda within their responsibility area. Together with other teams, they take part in actions to attract, engage, and develop employees and develop KONE as a great place to work.
Role Overview: People & Communications Specialist focuses on local people and communications operations. They can be responsible for defined projects at a local level and participate in improving the operations. They work in close collaboration with the whole People & Communications team in UAE. The role reports to the People & Communications Business Partner for UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage local projects that contribute to the execution of the People and Communications Plan.
Support in Talent Acquisition activities. Ensure a smooth onboarding & offboarding process in alignment with the global process.
Driving well-being, engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion-related activities
Manage local benefits administration and related communications.
Oversee Employees Leave Management System.
Promote the use of Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring timely review and approval of assigned tasks.
Support in delivering all annual People & Communications processes.
Leadership and Talent Review: support Unit People & Communications in preparing and delivering Leadership and Talent Review sessions, planning actions, and following agreed actions
Engagement: support Unit P&C in preparations to launch engagement surveys, support in results analysis, team discussions, action planning, and follow-up.
M.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational company.
Fluent in English, with an additional regional language being an asset.
Solid knowledge of people management processes.
Strong project management skills.
Adaptability to work within a global matrix organization and multicultural team.
