About the job Payroll Officer
Processing monthly payroll for all 550+ employees, ensuring all pay rates are correctMaintaining accurate records of employee information, including salaries, hours worked, overtime, leave balances, taxes and other deductionsCalculating and processing payments for benefits, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensationEnsuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies, including labor regulationsResponding to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, leave balances, and other payroll-related mattersGenerating and preparing reports for management, including payroll expenditure reportsWorking closely with HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingHandling all payroll related reportingRequirements:Bachelors degree in accounting, human resources, or a similar field.Previous experience working as a payroll officer.Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.Proficient with payroll software Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.Ability to handle confidential information.
