Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate portfolio growth.
  •  Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.
  •  Analyze financial performance of real estate assets.
  •  Manage property acquisitions and dispositions.
  •  Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams.
  •  Monitor and report on portfolio performance.
  •  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  •  Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with investors and partners.
  •  Prepare and present investment proposals and reports.
  •  Oversee property management activities.
  •  Identify and mitigate risks associated with real estate investments.
  •  Optimize portfolio performance through strategic asset management.
  •  Conduct due diligence on potential investments.
  •  Manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  •  Implement sustainability initiatives within the portfolio.
  •  Coordinate with external consultants and advisors.
  •  Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  •  Develop and implement policies and procedures for portfolio management.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


Skills

The role requires a deep understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis. 


Qualifications in Finance are required.


Hands-on experience managing overseas real estate portfolios.
