Job Description

Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager​ role: 


  • Lead and manage the lunch and dinner operations of the South African Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
  • Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
  • Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
