Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager role:
Lead and manage the lunch and dinner operations of the South African Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
