  1. Conduct regular visits to customers job sites / fields to fulfil spare parts requirements.
  2. Keep track of record for units sold and database for customers having units in operation.
  3. Achieve sales and profit goals of parts by promoting and selling product support offerings to assigned customers.
  4. Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on sales, process orders and organize parts delivery.
  5. Able to prepare basic sales reports for analysing and summarizing information.
  6. Develops good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers.
  7. Provides input on annual forecasts for potential customers.
  8. Work with Parts Managers on goals and marketing ideas.
  9. Resolve customer issues.
  10. Monitor loss sales, non-stock parts and suggest new demands from customer to inventory section
