Summary:
The Organizational Development Supervisor is responsible for successfully designing, developing, and implementing organizational development programs in support of increasing the organizational effectiveness. The OD Supervisor will play a key role in defining, implementing, and evaluating the organizational development solutions that support strategies for the effective utilization of human capital, including programs covering performance management, and change management in support of business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Align organizational goals through creation and reviewing of strategic HR Policies.
- Align organizational structures and requirements by reviewing fundamentals such as Job Descriptions and Job Designs.
- Identify areas of performance management and coordinate with concerned departments to assess and improve these accordingly.
- Actively help with the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives to improve organizational efficiency through reviewing of Manpower Planning.
- Design and administration of HR policies and procedures related to (Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, Leave Administration, Transfer, Disciplinary Actions, Business Travel, Employee Loans ...etc.)
- Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to facilitate organizational change, develop critical organizational capabilities and enhance organizational performance.
- Support business transition and culture change management by developing and implementing competency frameworks (behavioral and technical) and building competency-based HR systems accordingly.
