We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage staff and accommodations, ensure quality control, and handle key administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
- Address client concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Manage guest accommodations and staff housing logistics.
- Oversee and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Handle end-of-day payment collections and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
