Operations Specialist

We currently have an opening for the position of Operations Specialist with one of our prestigious HealthCare client at Doha, Qatar.

Bachelors degree in clinical discipline, healthcare management, business administration or related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment inclusive of:

• Experience in analyzing data and devising meaningful results
• Experience in writing memos, SBARs etc.
• Experience using Excel

Kindly note, we are looking for:

• Candidates with certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, PRINCE2) and healthcare experience in the Middle East
• The ideal candidate must have:
  • Hospital experience in clinical operations
  • Proven operational planning skills
  • Expertise in implementing improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management tools
