Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee all operational activities, including batching, production, dispatch, and fleet management.
✅ Ensure production efficiency while maintaining quality control standards.
✅ Optimize supply chain and logistics to meet customer demands.
✅ Implement safety, maintenance, and compliance procedures.
✅ Lead and develop teams to enhance productivity and operational performance.
✅ Monitor financial and operational KPIs to improve profitability.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 7+ years in operations management within the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities.
✔ Knowledge: Familiarity with concrete production, quality control, fleet logistics, and safety regulations.
