As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Sales Team and for conceiving, designing, and delivering the overall Sales strategy for the OliOli® brand in Doha. In this position, you will drive revenue, and deliver the venue's expected ROI. You will increase awareness, attract new and repeated visitations to OliOli®, launch new products, events, and new exhibitions, and manage its sales performance. You will manage B2B and B2C relationships, interdepartmental communications, and other activities between local teams and the Global Team in Dubai. Furthermore, as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with a multitude of stakeholders within the country and region, including but not limited to private corporations, public sector entities, and major operators within the hospitality sector.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Sales Team in Doha and contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture.
- Report to the Venue Manager and work closely with Guest Engagement, Operations, and other teams within OliOli® Doha to drive the success of the collaboration for our partners.
- Liaise with the OliOli® Doha Management team to align internal objectives, plans, and expectations.
- Liaise with OliOli Global Team based in Dubai.
- Develop and execute the sales annual strategy for OliOli® Doha and a three-plus-year growth plan.
- Plan and manage the Sales annual budget.
- Continuously track progress against the agreed-upon KPIs and prepare regular reports for the Venue Manager.
- Be the brand guardian by ensuring OliOli® brand integrity across all sales initiatives and communications.
- Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli® brand.
Sales
- Pursue business growth by collaborating with high-profile clients, counterparts, and Government agencies.
- Lead, manage and control OO Doha products performance.
- Work with the Venue Manager and Head of Marketing to develop new programs, offerings, and revenue-generating ideas for the business to ensure that the target KPIs are achieved.
- Diversify OliOli®s revenue base through sourcing collaborations with monetary incentives for OliOli®.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with current and potential clients to drive repeat collaborations and realize repeat revenue potential.
- Develop a wide breadth of types of collaboration opportunities with potential partners through a win-win mindset/approach.
- Use OliOli®s value proposition and active programming schedule to creatively develop and build thoughtful/impactful collaboration ideas for potential public and private corporate partners.
- Manage all aspects of the collaboration funnel, includingbut not limited topreparing the initial presentations and proposals, coordinating with the internal teams, responding to queries, supporting the negotiation of legal agreements, overseeing the activity/installation underlying the collaboration, issuing invoices, and collecting dues on time.
- Actively reach out to the operators within the hospitality industry and to travel trade operators to design/implement/execute a mutually beneficial relationship with them that enhances OliOli® visitation and brand profile.
- Understand the success criteria for potential collaboration and ensure that OliOli® seamlessly delivers against those KPIs.
- Actively seek dialogue and develop relationships with media agencies for targeted potential corporates and clients.
- Remain well-informed about brand collaborations within our industry in Qatar and keep everyone internally up to date on considerable developments in the market in this respect.
- Continuously identify and contact like-minded potential partners whose values align with OliOli®s mission and objectives and build deep and strong relationships with relevant colleagues within these organizations.
- By engaging in active listening and maintaining regular dialogue, cultivate a deep understanding of potential partners' needs and goals and generate innovative collaboration ideas that effectively meet those needs and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of prior business development, and sales experience in Qatar is a MUST.
- Certification in digital and/or social media marketing will be a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
