As the Sales Executive, you will develop, oversee, and support our B2B and B2C Sales. In this position, you will play a key role in promoting revenue growth and business development. You will create and maintain high-quality relationships with our internal and external clients. You will define and deliver our targets, follow up on negotiations, maintain an updated database, and guarantee an awesome experience for the customers from the first contact to post-sales.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to OliOli® Dohas Marketing and Sales Manager and prepare regular reports.
- Develop and deliver the OliOli® Business Development Annual Plan.
- Collaborate with corporations and tourism agencies to develop new products, improve existing ones, and create other innovative initiatives that align with our value proposition.
- Manage the sales performance of all products (including birthdays and field trips) by meeting customers' needs and trends and supporting the teams to achieve their targets.
- Advise and coach the sales team, including birthday and field trip teams, as well as reception team.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute the strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Liaise with the Guest Engagement Team to align internal objectives, plans, and expectations.
- Maintain a strong and deep professional relationship between OliOli® and the relevant B2B clients.
- Call/visit each B2B client (identifying and meeting relevant people) to introduce OliOli® and its offerings/programs to them.
- Organise all required documentation and keep the database up to date for all relevant clients and prospects, including schools, communities, corporations, travel/tourism companies, DMCs, hotel groups, online portals and platforms, and so on.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry gatherings to further OliOli® objectives.
- Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli® brand.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first-centric culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Degree in Sales or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in sales and business development in Qatar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment (especially kids entertainment) industry is a plus.
