About the role
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our quickly growing Digital Marketing & Acquisition team as an Offer Creation Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining flight and non-flight offers in Qatar Airways digital channels, managing the product creation process, evaluating the performance, and closing the feedback loop to incorporate the learnings for enhancing future initiatives.
Also ensure accurate, attractive, and differentiated offer content is made available in Qatar Airways digital direct channels to achieve business objectives in line with a clear Commercial vision to achieve a best-in-class customer experience on digital platforms.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:

Manage the development and implementation of the Qatar Airways offer content strategy on digital channels by translating Qatar Airways business goals and customer segment needs into offer content opportunities and definitions.
Identify technology and process needs that enable and support implementing differentiated and tailored offer content in Qatar Airways' digital channels.
Keep a holistic view on distribution and digital trends and new technologies through competitor, market, and industry analysis to steer the content strategy. Ensure Qatar Airways' digital direct channels evolve into competitive and preferred distribution channels.
Define and implement converting offer content for the digital direct channels covering flight and non-flight incentives supported with rich descriptive and visual content.
Source high-quality descriptive content and creative through collaboration with Content and Design business units to capture and convey the characteristics and added value of an offer to the customer.
Enable the creation of attractive offers targeted to key customer segments and the different stages in the customer journey from inspiration through retention to be delivered through the digital direct distribution and communication channels, closely collaborating with key stakeholders.
Leverage insights on customer segments and individual customer’s characteristics, preferences, and behavior to further contextualize, tailor and personalize offers in the digital direct channels.
Use real-time and historical data and data learning capabilities to ensure an offer communicated and distributed in the digital direct channels is most relevant to the customer in line with a customer-centric approach. 
Recognize opportunities for and encourage up and cross-selling through offering appropriate product and fare buy-ups that suit customer needs to grow conversion and shopping cart value. 
Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department. 

QualificationsAbout You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum 6 years of job-related experience 
Experience in developing and optimizing digital content or customer journey experience
Experience working in a multi-national company with global responsibilities
Strong leadership skills
Experience with lean methodologies, including Agile
Good understanding of CRM systems
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics / similar tracking tools
Good knowledge of content management systems or sales systems
Good knowledge of Oracle systems; RFP and RFI and Invoicing
Good knowledge of Loyalty database/customer insights
Experience in working with tools to manage digital retail offers and offer content is preferred.
