RESPONSIBILITIES
Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health status. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Male/Female BS/MS Nursing graduate PRC Registered 7 months in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation center, health & medical clinic
FOR GERMANY:
23 to 39 years old With current B1/B2 level certification are welcome to apply Willing to undergo 8 months German language training
FOR USA:
No age limit NCLEX passer IELTS passer is a plus
