Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Lead and mentor a team of translators and interpreters, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Assign and coordinate translation and interpretation projects, managing resources efficiently.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold accuracy and consistency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee administrative functions, such as scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Qualifications for Success
U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience managing teams.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
