Job Description

  • 3-5 years’ experience preparing MIS reports involving working with MS Excel
  • Handle end-to-end MIS, Reporting and follow-ups related to digital on-boarded Bank accounts
  • Generate MIS reports for different CRM areas (e.g., leads for different products, Tasks, Alerts, Offers, CAD exceptions, Service Requests, etc.) and share updates with relevant stakeholders
  • Communicate with concerned channel members (e.g., sales, call-center, RMs, Branches) to ensure proper action taken and closure on CRM Campaigns and related activities
  • Publish insightful and innovative CRM dashboards & KPI trackers in order to ensure increased cross-sell and growth in overall Business performance across Sales and automated channels


Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with IT & Data Science teams to extract the relevant raw data
  • Generation of various MIS reports to track different parameters and KPIs
  • Sharing the reports with key stakeholders within the Bank to ensure appropriate action is taken
  • Follow-ups with the concerned teams to ensure successful Business conversions and growth
