DUBIMED – QATAR Branch is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Devices Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of medical devices and equipment for dermatology and aesthetic clinics, along with a proven track record of success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
  
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products using effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  
• Provide product information and deliver product samples.
  
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  
• Build positive, trust-based relationships with medical representatives to influence decision-making.
  
• Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for reporting and feedback in our CRM system.
  
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest medical data.
  
• Possess profound knowledge and experience in medical device design.
  
• Oversee the functions of biomedical technicians, particularly in equipment installation and maintenance.
  
• Provide training on biomedical equipment to relevant staff.
  
• Evaluate biomedical equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  

• Previous experience in the dermatology and aesthetic field (required).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and current medical issues.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
  
• Proficiency in Arabic (required).
