Job Description

 

Summary

Conceive, organize and provide efficient marketing PR and communication needs to build and develop all the marketing products and services of the Company.

  • Conceptualize the planning of all corporate presentations and contribute in improving any current content.
  • Support and assist in the gathering of information essential for market research by providing creative ideas and suggesting the most appropriate media plans to the respective areas of responsibility (i.e. business unit).
  • Proactive involvement as intermediary by proper coordinating with media during events including managing the logistics required for such events.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and delivery of activities or programs for communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Taking lead in the sourcing of appropriate suppliers by close coordination with procurement processes, monitor requests related to needed equipment, software , printing, signages or other external requirements as may be needed.
  • Ensuring control of budget and expenses related to marketing activities in their respective area of responsibility.
  • Keeping track of all marketing related analytics online including but not limited to engagement of public, call to action as necessary, brand exposure across all social media platforms and recommending improvements on areas for better publicity of the brand/business in general.
  • Ensuring that all campaigns or brand offers posted on social media are within compliance and approval of the ministry of commerce.
  • Involvement and contribution to ensure success of events or partnerships done with the public such as but not limited to sponsorships, gift items, motor shows, new product launches etc.
  • Advocating the accuracy and cohesiveness of marketing information displayed across all platforms.
  • Ensuring shared responsibility for the authenticity of the brand presence alignment with agreed guidelines.
  • Inputs on the improvement and development of all marketing strategies within the areas of responsibility.
  • Proactive involvement as intermediary by proper coordinating with media during events including managing the logistics required for such events.
  • Primarily managing the outcome of customer services from Customer Relations Management team and creation of database to ensure that all marketing-related efforts can be exhausted to address customer feedback or market trends.
  • Presence of the brand is cohesive of the brand guidelines across all platforms - genuine and authentic - responsible - above and below the line marketing are met.
  • Responsible for warranty: Communicating the right information to customers about vehicle & parts warranty upon purchase, including information for vehicle maintenance.
  • Responsible for Copywriting: all texts for physical and digital content and campaign plans are drafted from scratch, in addition to website and application texts.
  • Close coordination with different departments cross the Company such as Real Estate for concerns related to locations of business units, legal for the vetting and approval of all contracts with 3rd parties and Corporate Communications for all related communications championed by the Marketing team.
  • Work on the creation and maintenance of the websites of the different business units.
  • Active participation in ad hoc projects involving marketing efforts in various channels.
