Manager of Creative

Job Summary:
AJ+ are looking for a visionary Creative Manager to lead a dynamic team of Graphic
Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, Illustrators and Creative Supervisors. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in creative direction, brand identity management,
and fostering innovation in creative approaches. You will be the guardian of our channel’s
creative identity, ensuring consistency while pushing boundaries with innovative treatments and strategic accelerators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers and supervisors, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to brand identity across all platforms.
• Strategize and innovate creative approaches, staying ahead with the latest trends in design, AI-driven technology, and production techniques.
• Set creative standards that align with editorial objectives and company goals, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing workflows, project timelines, and cross-departmental
  collaboration.
• Foster a positive work environment by understanding the emotional and professional needs of the creative team, balancing creativity with eMiciency.
• Curate creative identity that aligns with the brand’s editorial voice, with a strong understanding of storytelling through visuals.
• Develop creative accelerators to improve team eMiciency, workflow, and innovation in the design process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and AI innovations to continuously enhance the team's creative output.
• Have a keen understanding of production processes, camera compositions, lighting design, and an eye for set design to ensure all creative work aligns seamlessly with the technical execution.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, motion graphics, brand identity management, and production techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse creative team.
• Deep knowledge of AI technology and its application in creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of camera compositions, lighting design, and set design, with an eye for ensuring high production quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create clear standards and processes for creative excellence.
• Experience in emotional intelligence and managing the needs of creative
  professionals.
