About the Role We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our financial strategy and business transformation initiatives. As a leader in Business Finance, you will play a pivotal role in aligning financial operations with organizational goals, leveraging advanced technology and AI-driven insights to enable data-driven decision-making. Key Accountabilities
Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with stakeholders to shape business strategies that are informed by robust financial analysis and predictive insights. Manage and mentor a dynamic finance team (5–10 members), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Champion the adoption of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, machine learning, and AI technologies to streamline reporting and decision-making. Oversee digital transformation projects, driving efficiency and operational improvements across finance functions. Analyze economic and statistical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership. Ensure financial compliance and governance, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and dependability.

About You
You are an ambitious and results-driven leader with a strong background in business finance and technology. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excel in aligning financial strategies with long-term business goals. Your ability to inspire, adapt, and innovate sets you apart as a forward-thinking professional.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Proven leadership experience (minimum 8 years’ experience, at least 5 years in managerial role) in managing portfolios, projects, and finance functions at a senior level. Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, with a solid understanding of economics and statistics. Proficiency in BI tools, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with impact. A track record of fostering adaptability and openness within teams to embrace change and innovation. Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and align with stakeholders on business objectives.
