We are looking for a Management of Change Specialist for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Doha
Work status: Resident, Single
ACTIVITIES
Governance and Process Improvements
- Develops, reviews & continuously improves a Corporate Management of Change approach, governance structure and company level process covering core and support functions.
- Consult with end users to get feedback on current performance and buy in for future improvements.
- Review existing management of change related processes across entities and perform gap assessments,
- Determine impacts and changes required to cascade the company level approach across different COMPANY divisions.
- Work with division and entity end users to develop, integrate, align and update MoC requirements across processes, procedures, and tools.
- Pilot implementation of processes through basic automation.
- Share lessons learned and fine tune the company approach, governance structure, processes, and procedures across the company.
- Identify, develop and prepare scope of works for comprehensive automation of the MOC process
Management of Change ‘Culture’
- Trains, creates awareness and supporting content with entities, middle and senior management on management of change.
- Building with DBS capability, database, and scope of work for automation related to management of change processes.
- Ensure KPIs and governance structure is in place for monitoring health of MOC activities across he company.
- Continuously validates and improves COMPANY's requirements and reviews any deviations to the above as company Technical Reference Person on MOC process till full time accountable positions are identified.
- Develop with internal communications team, coms plan for rolling out changes and reinforcing key messages on management of change golden rules and requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Engineering (Preferably in chemical, environmental or industrial engineering)
- 15+ years of experience in oil and gas.
- Experience in an operational excellence, process integration, management of change role.
- Experience in developing process maps and swim lane diagrams and writing processes and procedures,
- Experience in process mapping, process performance management and continuous improvement, preparations of business case,
