About the job Loyalty Operations Assistant
  • To execute customer enrollment activities in accordance to planned schedule and defined success criteria to ensure customer satisfaction and conformance to company guidelines.
  • Diploma /Graduate holder.
  • 3-5 years' experience working with Customer enrolment software
  • Customer Enrollment
  • Technical knowledge enrolment software and preferably loyalty program
  • Document control and processing
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Fluency in English and/ or Arabic.
  • MS Office skills.
