Loyalty Analyst - EngagementQatar Airways Location Doha, Qatar Category Corporate & Commercial Job Id 214990 Closing Date: 25-12-2024 JOB DESCRIPTION As a Loyalty Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting technical data extraction from numerous data systems from both pre-campaign and post-campaign perspective in order to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns developed by the marketing team of Qatar Airways Privilege Club loyalty department. Other key responsibilities are:· Extract highly segmented lists of customers from various data systems to whom targeted marketing campaign communications will be sent · Conduct post-campaign analysis of marketing campaigns in order to determine their effectiveness and whether their targets were achieved · Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on Power BI and Business Objects and other tools to allow team members to monitor program performance and member behaviour · Understanding of marketing strategy and communicating key messages to loyalty marketing and analytics teams · Recognise and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets; interpret and express these indicators in the business context Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. QualificationsAbout You We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team. · Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential · 3+ years of job-related experience · Prior experience in an industry with very short implementation cycles such as mobile ads, e-commerce, online products/services or loyalty · Experience handling large data-sets· Expert proficiency in SQL to query large, complex datasets · Advanced proficiency with Excel · Knowledge of SAS · Working knowledge of statistical models and user of Tableau and Power BI data visualization software About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
