Job Description
- Plan and execute events and activations from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and transportation.
- Manage budgets and pricing for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-ground management during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination and logistics management.
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the GCC region, especially the Qatari market, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
