What You Will Do:


Raytheon is seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to perform duties in support of the Qatar Patriot Depot Operations.  This position is a wide-ranging span of multiple technical disciplines, such as Logistics Engineering, Life Cycle Engineering, Logistics Planning and Technical Services.


In this highly collaborative, high-volume role, you'll work with all functional areas, including Material Program Management, Depot Operations, Life Cycle Engineering and Supply Chain Management.


The responsibilities also include assistance with the financial reporting such as earned value management, workload planning, and support to proposal efforts; diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS) in the proposal, design, and sustainment phases of a product (to include the systems and support elements), and to identify potential solutions to obsolescence issues. 


Logistics Data Management.


Updates to existing catalog and TAV (Total Asset Visibility) data base with availability and procurement data for JCA analysis and ITAR compliance Sustainment Logistics


Assist Engineering and Supply Chain Management (SCM) with sourcing and vendor information


Asset Tracking & Management Optimization


Update existing demand requests, tracking procurement through the various stages in PRISM and providing feedback in both directions to the original requestor and the procurement elements.


Logistics System Operation & Maintenance Support


Parts verification and review using all available resources with internal Raytheon sources like PDM and external resources such as Haystack Gold, WebFLIS and public domain searches


Prompt and timely response to all internal and external customer requests


Qualifications You Must Have:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Advanced use of Microsoft Products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint


Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings, Technical Manuals and parts lists to verify parts are correctly identified.


Minimum 6 years of supply chain, subcontract management, or related experience in a function such as business, operations, proposals or compliance.


Proficiency to perform and comprehend price and cost analysis, source selection/justification, analysis of supplier quotation


Demonstrated understanding of all phases of sourcing and procurement execution


Experience with procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition


Regulations (FAR/DFAR), Prime Contract Flow Downs, ITAR and import/export requirements, and the situational applicability


Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically


Experience with product and procurement management systems such as: PTC Windchill (PDM) and SAP PRISM


Qualifications We Prefer:


Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment


Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.


Advance use of Microsoft Products, SAP, on-line PO documentation tools, Supplier management tools, and knowledge of the Supply Chain processes.


Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings and parts lists to verify parts are correctly identified.


Experience with program and project tasks, including managing cost and schedule as well as associated reporting


Demonstrated ability to effectively execute job responsibilities with minimal supervision and collaborate/build relationships across the enterprise in a virtual environment


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


Experience working with a multi-cultural workforce


Cultural familiarity with Middle Eastern nations


Required education:


Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 10 years’ experience or HS Diploma/GED with 14 years of related experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
