Coordinate all logistical, technical, and administrative support for planned shutdowns supporting efficient and reliable operations.
Identify requirements and raises SAP notifications, Information Technology Service Requests (ITSR), General Services Requests (GSR), Purchase Requests (PR), Instructions to Proceed (ITP), Warehouse Reservations, and collects Warehouse Reservations to support logistics operations.
Initiate Purchase Requisitions and prepare forecasts for liquid nitrogen (LIN) and gaseous nitrogen (GAN). Monitors, adjusts plans, and follows up Nitrogen consumption during execution to avoid outages and extended waiting times.
Ensure periodic inspection of hoses and manifolds and readiness for shutdown. Inspection of radios, IS Phones, calibration of gas testers and other equipment, tools, and materials per required schedules.
Prepare, maintain, and monitor materials movement, storage of stock and non-stock inventories including pre and post shutdowns schedules and recoveries after each shutdown.
Communicate and arrange to provide the logistical needs of internal and external customers before, during, and after shutdown.
Identify and coordinate Logistics System improvements including databases, websites, workflows, online logistics tracking, and automation of the logistic process.
Provide lookahead budget plans for all logistics requirement and reconcile actual expenditures during and after each shutdown.
HND in Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
8 years of extensive experience in process operations within the Oil and Gas Industry.
