Your Day to Day
As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool and beach areas. You will enforce all safety regulations and respond quickly and effectively to all aquatic emergencies. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and order in your assigned areas to uphold our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Proven experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment Current lifeguard certification and up-to-date knowledge of CPR and first aid Strong swimming skills and ability to swim long distances if needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional appearance
