The Leasing Manager oversees the leasing operations for commercial or residential properties, managing tenant relations and ensuring effective lease administration. They handle lease negotiations, coordinate with potential tenants, and ensure compliance with lease terms and property regulations. The role involves optimizing occupancy rates and maintaining strong tenant relationships to support property performance and organizational goals.
Lead property tours for prospective residents, pursue sales closures, perform follow-ups, and complete leasing paperwork.
Provide guidance and support to leasing agents to assist with closing sales as needed.
Ensure the leasing team has up-to-date sales and marketing materials, and keep the leasing office and documents current.
Review and manage all lease paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including all associated tactics and campaigns.
Plan and implement the annual lease renewal campaign to maximize retention and occupancy.
Conduct regular market surveys to stay informed about trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Hire, train, and supervise leasing staff, ensuring they understand and execute policies and meet sales goals.
Maintain accurate and organized lease files, ensuring all executed leases are entered into the database and physical files are properly managed.
Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of properties, conduct inspections, and report any issues to the Property Manager and Regional Manager.
Strong understanding of leasing processes, sales techniques, and lease documentation to effectively manage and close leasing transactions.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics for developing and executing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Skills in hiring, training, and supervising staff, ensuring they adhere to leasing policies and meet performance goals.
Excellent organizational skills for managing lease files, coordinating marketing materials, and maintaining property conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with prospective tenants, resolving issues, and coordinating with team members.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
