Job Description

We are looking for a Learning And Development Officer I for one of our clients with the following details:  


Start date – 01-Jan-2025


End date – 30-June-2025 [ 6 months’ contract]


Location – DOHA OFFICE


Qualification and background


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Education preferably with a Major in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development function
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and communication platforms
  • Customer focus, communication, results oriented, planning and accountability
  • Critical thinking, highly structured and able to monitor and follow up ahead changes in schedule, content, workload
  • Facilitation skills, knowledge of Talent Processes (Talent Management, Leadership development)

Activities


  • Plan, coordinate, communicate and engage delegates and monitor progress and implementation of the Leadership Program delivery, as well as other programs listed in the role scope and the job dimensions above
  • Coordinate attendance, shifting schedules, management of venues, F&B provision, programs evaluation, content review and updates, distribution of learning materials to participants
  • Update the data related to the attendance in LMSes and generate progress reports
  • Distribute leadership evaluation assessments and reports to the delegates, as well as other materials – electronically and in hard copies when required
  • Maintain and implement the leadership development branding (communications thru the company channels, company LMSs, the company Intranet, and company web- webpages
  • Create and maintain the Leadership programs Calendar (collective and individual ones)
  • Conduct training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and efficiency of the design and content and delivery, as well as extent to which it meets training objectives
  • Analyze audience feedback on training effectiveness to pursue continuous improvements in training design and delivery
  • Assist with programs design, roll-out and facilitation, as required and requested
  • Contribute to identifying Cost saving and Cost optimization opportunities in the area of Learning & Development
