Job Description Highlights:


  • Leads the Document Control, Correspondence and Information Management activities on NFE Onshore Project. Maintains the integrity of Information Management procedures including documentation workflow and storage of technical project data and documentation both hardcopy and electronic. Responsible for operating Project documentation via EDMS and ensuring project documentation flows between locations and departments (PMT and EPC Contractor) according to approved plans and procedures during all phases of project execution.
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Library Services, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 8 years document control experience preferably in a technical project environment together with archiving experience within the oil and gas industry.
