Job Description
To be successful in this role you will be responsible to meet department's productivity by ensuring on time Flight Linen & all Customer items preparation and delivery. Effectively implement the work processes in the work floor to ensure that the Airline standards are fully followed and all HACCP requirements are met. Organize available resource most efficiently to ensure the optimum productivity. Responsible for both processing activities and staff of the section.
To achieve success in this role you will need to:

Ensures that line department provide efficient and exceptional standard of service. Ensures complete accuracy of the packing operations and assembling of linen for each flight.

Participates in organizing productivity for the Department. Implements policies and procedure related to Linen packing.

Continuous department improvement by review of operational process and suggesting required changes, to the Lead Officer.

Responsible for identifying and imparting training development program for all department team leaders Completes responsibility for all QACC rules/regulations within the Linen department ensuring that all customer specifications and requirements/documentation is implemented and used in practice.

Coordinates with the in-house Q&A department ensuring that all hygiene safety procedures and policies are in-place to minimize the impact of FOB.

All Non-Conformities in regards to Linen, Standard uplifts, Operational process are followed up and corrective actions implemented by putting required checks to ensure it meets Airline standards.

Responsible for Overtime, Overheads and costs are kept to minimum by effective roasters, optimum use of products and to recycle product.

Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
