Job Description

The Landscape Supervisor oversees daily operations and activities of landscaping projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Technical Skills:Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques.Understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
