About the role
Assist in training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees in the KFAS Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for the operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaint, concerns or special requests for guests. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
