Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, achieving set sales targets, profit margins, and price optimization.
  • Drive account penetration by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase product offerings, enhance buyer relationships, and address customer needs.
  • Build and implement strategic plans to increase account satisfaction, penetration, and long-term sales growth.
  • Lead the development and delivery of customized sales presentations, showcasing product value and addressing client objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize the ROI of key accounts, ensuring that investments align with revenue generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers, serving as a trusted resource and solving potential issues or challenges.
  • Review and evaluate the performance of annual contracts, ensuring alignment with goals, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of new product offerings and the enhancement of existing services.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of products and services, maintaining high levels of satisfaction across all accounts.
  • Identify risks or new opportunities within the client base, recommending proactive solutions and adjustments to maintain strong account health.
