About the role
Assist the line manager and teams in providing access for maintenance and repair, cleaning services checks at all Qatar Airways residential properties.
Accountabilities
§Provide access to QR FM staff, owners maintenance staff and service providers in order for them to carry out Planed Preventative Maintenance actives within the apartments and bedrooms at QR Residential properties.
§Provide access to QR FM staff, Owners maintenance staff and Service provider in order for them prepare apartment / bedrooms for the new arriving staff at QR Residential properties.
§Assist the Pest Control Service provider in providing access and ensuring Reactive and Corrective pest control Services are carried as per schedule at QR Residential properties.
§Assist the Cleaning Services team in cross checking apartments that are being prepared and cleaned for the new arriving staff.
§Make note of any maintenance issue during the visit to any of the buildings or apartments and hand over them to the FM Admin in order for the work orders to be generated.
§Ensure Access to the apartments and bedrooms are in line with department SOP’s.
§Report Accidents or any incidents immediately to the Line Manager.
§Report maintenance issues observed during the visit to any of the buildings or apartments.
§Assist line manager and teams in raising work orders in FMS for maintenance snags.
§Ensure access to the apartments and bedrooms at QR Residential properties are in-line with the standard operating procedure (SOP).
§Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the department.
You will possess:
·High School graduation.
·Up to 2 years’ of experience in Hotel / Hospitality / Facilities Management Company
·Should have worked in a similar capacity in a multi-cultural environment.
Job Specific Skills
·Good command of English language.
·Working effectively with diverse teams.
·Polite and empathetic.
·Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
