Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior HSEQ Inspector to support the implementation and improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems within our facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will assist in fostering a strong HSEQ culture, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s HSEQ management in promoting and improving the HSEQ culture within work sites.
  • Assist the HSEQ Team Lead/Coordinator in implementing and enhancing HSEQ systems.
  • Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits of contractors and facilities to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
  • Ensure familiarity with safety inspection processes, statutory requirements, and best practices in preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM and CM).
  • Generate detailed reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and assessments.
  • Collaborate with teams to address HSEQ concerns and provide guidance on corrective actions.
