Job Description
We are looking for Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Position Overview: To manage and optimize our Ivanti IT Service Management platform. This role requires a dynamic problem solver who will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system configurations, customizations, and integrations to enhance IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Design, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform to support IT service management processes.
- Customization: Customize and configure modules including Incident, Request Offering, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, and Asset Management.
- Workflow Development: Develop and implement workflows, forms, templates, and business reporting according to organizational requirements.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with other IT systems and tools, ensuring seamless connectivity with monitoring systems, automation tools, and asset management databases.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Ivanti Neurons ITSM system.
- User Administration: Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct application release testing and upgrades.
- Optimization Solutions: Implement solutions to enhance the platform’s performance and reliability across the business.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- ITIL Alignment: Align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices and conduct regular reviews for enhancements.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a Service Operations environment within a corporate enterprise organization.
- High-level experience with Ivanti ITSM/ITAM modules.
- Familiarity with SQL connectors and reporting is a plus but not essential.
Essential Skills:
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM platform administration in large enterprise environments.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of SQL, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills for assessing system performance and process efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
