Provide first level technical support for end users incidents and handle employee technical requests ie. Set-up of a computer, necessary peripheral devices and related configurations etc. in a timely and accurate manner. Provide or remove necessary access upon joining or release of an employee. Extract and update related logs/supporting documents.
. Identify computer, network, or any IT equipment shortages and ensure the necessary equipment is sufficiently supplied by procurement department on time
. Maintain and collect users physical requests on Google IT drive with an appropriate reference name and date.
Support in conducting internal IT audits to ensure Company data is sufficiently protected and in compliance with IT policy and procedures.
Report non-conformities through document management system.
