Technical Support for CDN Providers (Google, Facebook etc.) and VPOP Partners (3rd Party Carriers)
Installation of the CDN Node as per the installation manuals and guidelines provided by the CDN partners (Activities include Racking, Server Hardware Installation, Switch/Router Installation, Configurations as per guidelines, Cabling, labelling, Power Connections etc.)
Engage with Network team to integrate the CDN Nodes
Engage with CDN partners to successfully commission new CDN nodes
Support CDN/VPOP partners with remote hands and eyes services
Implement configuration changes or software updates as per the guidelines provided by CDN/VPOP partners
Replace faulty hardware components
Onsite support for hardware correction or data capture or recovery services
Maintain and update documentations
Preventive maintenance activities which includes Physical inspection, Review reports/logs etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience, out of which 2 years as enterprise Systems or Network administration
Degree in Science, Engineering is preferred
Industry certifications like CCNA or similar certifications are preferred
Basic skill level of routing and switching
