Skills
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications like MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM; A+; HP Service Technician or equivalent.
Experience:
+3/-experiences in handling various Microsoft systems and infrastructure technologies – e.g., Backup, Servers, Storage,
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent Windows desktop support experience with excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in working with Windows Server 2016 and newer versions.
- Must have experience in remote control software.
- Must be customer oriented and should have hands on experience of supporting business users for various IT services and applications.
- Solid understanding and working experience of IT Service Management concepts such as SLA, Service Requests, Support Requests, Change Management, etc.
- Must have experience in working on and supporting any Helpdesk ticketing solution.
- Strong knowledge of IT security, controls, and network infrastructure, with some IT planning experience. etc.
- Must have experience working in the Oil and Gas sector and have undergone training and/or have HSE certifications from the Oil and Gas sector for those trainings.
