· Provide L1 Support for the production issues
· Acknowledge customer complaints and Raise tickets for the issues raised by customer and do follow up till ticket closure
· Provide timely status update to customer on the WIP tickets
· Fetch out MIS and reports from systems and share with management on routine/daily basis
· Experience in Software support activities
· Hands-on experience and deep understanding of software application or products Helpdesk.
· Experience in Computer O/S and how to Troubleshoot Problems.
· Helpdesk Process Management.
· Helpdesk Team Management.
· Any other required tasks
· SLA Management.
