IT Service Manager
· To own, manage, govern, and continually improve a number of Service Management processes across the entire client ecosystem consisting of a set of large Service Providers
· Ensure Service Management processes are designed and managed to complement enterprise Agile/DevOps ways of working
· Establish, maintain, and continually update guardrails and standards for the Service Management processes
· Facilitate adoption of the Service Management practices by the Agile/DevOps teams
· Thorough knowledge and working experience across the entire Service lifecycle - strategy, design, transition, and operations
· Strong working experience in SIAM engagements
· Experience of a complex operational environment and working with multiple service delivery organizations provided by third parties
· Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA and Power BI
· Expert competencies in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office primary product suite of PowerPoint, Excel, Word together with SharePoint
· ITIL 4 MPT or Digital Strategy Leader, Foundation Certificate in SIAM, PMP, LEAN, AGILE, DEVOPS
· Any other required tasks
