Position Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist will lead talent acquisition efforts for IT and technical positions, specializing in government sector placements and staff augmentation projects. This role demands expertise in analyzing RFPs, market salary trends, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and government clients to deliver top-tier talent that meets project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT or government sectors.
- Proven expertise in RFP analysis and staff augmentation processes.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT industry terminology.
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and public sector procurement processes.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
