• Bachelor's / Diploma - Computer Science major with at least 3 years of experience.
• Industry-recognized IT certifications, including Cisco and Microsoft (MCSE and MCSA), CompTIA (A+, Network +, Security +), CISSP for Information Security, and ITIL for Technology Services Management.
• Any courses in advanced programming techniques, web development, databases, networks, information security, and project management in the technology sector.
• Good understanding of dealing with (Firewall, UPSs, Internet Modems, Backup System).
• Practical experience in the field of information technology.
• Follow up on the latest versions of programs, systems and devices.
Follow up and check computers (hard disks, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functional performance.
• Install appropriate programs and functions according to specifications and needs.
• Develop and maintain internal networks, computers and printers to improve work performance.
• Protect and ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Train and provide guidance to employees on how to operate new programs and electronic devices.
• Follow up on updating different versions of programs and renewing the license to use.
• Work on improving the efficiency of computers by changing equipment to higher versions.
• Follow up and conduct troubleshooting operations to identify and solve problems through maintenance or replacement of equipment.
• Maintain repair records and maintenance schedule for computers and office equipment.
• Determine the needs for computers, accessories, office equipment, and network devices.
• Provide recommendations for purchasing new materials that help improve the performance of the company's devices.
