Nair Systems is currently looking IT Change Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and Change Management best practices.
- Experience in IT Service Management roles with a focus on Change Management.
- Proficiency in top IT Service Management systems such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, IBM, and BMC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards.
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti IT Service Management system.
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing IT Change Management processes.
- Experience working in IT Service Desk or IT Service Management roles.
- Involvement in IT Change Management within similar industries.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
- Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Analyze change requests and assess their impact on the organization.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all changes.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of changes
