Gathering and Documenting RequirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, assist development teams in developing and implementing solutions.Prepare requirements documents using standard templates to accurately write requirement specifications.Conduct benchmarking exercise and propose solutions based on exercise outcomesConduct research and propose solutions based latest market trends.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.Create functional specifications for solutions.Draw wireframes for the different product pagesPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Research, Documentation & CommunicationResearch and stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategiesDocument and communicating the results of your effortsEffectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Facilitate process workshops, document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.Prototypes & testingParticipate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solution matches the gathered requirements.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and usersSupport business transition and helping to establish change.
