Assist the IT Supervisor in the day-to-day administration and support in all aspects of IT as well as play a supporting role in Report generations.
Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software following installation specifications within the organization
Responsible for troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
Recording problems and their solutions for future reference.
Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance.
Serves as technical resource to business.
Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
Prepare and run reports for stakeholders
Skills
Bachelor Degree in any Computer related courses
Relevant IT Certificates in Hardware and software's
2-3 years of experience in various systems applications
Ability to demonstrate good communication skills and generate accurate report
