Job Description

The Irrigation Supervisor oversees the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for agricultural, commercial, or residential projects. This role ensures efficient water usage and system functionality while leading a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of irrigation systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in irrigation systems, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Technical Skills:Knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation techniques.Familiarity with hydraulic principles, water flow, and system troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and irrigation plans.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
